LCD Display Technology
To serve passengers with a continuous flow of information, our destination displays on platforms show prompt and up-to-date departure Information.
For the different requirements and information content of national and city transport, we have designed standard display types based on our many years of experience. These differ mainly in the number of displays, the number of lines or the display board layout. This allows the user more flexibility in the design of a passenger information system. The standard models offer an ideal basis which can be expanded with individual features such as coloured Highlights.
The transflective characteristic give the LCD displays optimal readability in all weather conditions – including in direct sunlight. A light sensor regulates the display brightness automatically and an energy management system contributes to high environmental performance and lower operating costs.

Geameleon – bistable display technology
The dynamic Geameleon destination display offers the possibility to show real-time information using very little power.
This display is based on a bistable technology which is characterised by very low power consumption. According to the requirements, the displays can be produced in different sizes and the user has the possibility to choose between monochrome or colour layouts. Specifically designed for outdoor areas, the display can be mechanically integrated in various ways. For example on lamp posts, platform roofs or walls and so on. The system can also be run in a self-sufficient manner using solar energy.
The full matrix composition allows for a flexible display of different information, graphics, pictograms and logos.

TFT Technology
With the TFT train destination displays we meet the new requirements on passenger information displays. The display systems promptly and accurately show the train departure times and additional information such as news tickers, weather, journey connection information and advertising can be shown as alternating Images.
As a specialist in outdoor applications, we place a lot of value on the readability and durability of these displays. We use very high-quality TFT displays from leading manufacturers with a brightness of 2,000 cd/m²; these are very legible even under direct solar radiation. With an extended temperature range and guaranteed durability these displays are an ideal and reliable component.
Different sizes and variations have been designed to meet differing requirements in terms of size and information content. These differ in TFT display size and other individual components.
Security on Station Platforms
The issue of security at platforms is becoming increasingly important internationally. As an additional component, we offer transport companies and operators an integrated camera from reputable manufacturers in our train destination indicators. This camera is controlled via its own IP address. This is important for countries with strict data protection requirements because it allows the data to be recorded separately.
