SSP and The Breakfast Club open first railway station restaurant at St. Pancras International
SSP has partnered with The Breakfast Club and St. Pancras International to open the caf’s first outlet in a UK train station.
SSP and The Breakfast Club first joined forces in 2023 to bring the much-loved Breakfast Club to the travelling public when they opened in Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal. The St. Pancras caf will be their second location together. Located on the Lower Ground Floor of the station’s Arcade, The Breakfast Club is ideally located for customers travelling on the Eurostar.
“Opening The Breakfast Club at St. Pancras is a significant milestone for SSP. Not only is this our first rail location with this much-loved brand, but it’s in one of the capital’s biggest stations too,” said Kari Daniels, CEO SSP UK & Ireland. “I’ve no doubt that this Breakfast Club caf will be the best part of the journey for our customers travelling to London via St. Pancras.”
With all-day dining and a full bar offer, the 3,660 square foot caf can cater for up to 156 dine-in customers and will particularly enhance the breakfast offering at the station. Menu highlights include the All American Breakfast and Grand Royale Benedict, as well as a twist on classic favourites, such as the Cheeseburger French Dip and Smashed Avo and Mojo Picon.
The train-travel inspired design offers the perfect modern meeting spot for dining or enjoying a cocktail with friends and family or having a coffee with colleagues. The space is complemented by a nostalgic, rollercoaster soundtrack to create a lively and fun atmosphere, making it a destination all of its own.
Wendy Spinks, Commercial Director at St. Pancras and HS1 Ltd said: “The Breakfast Club and St. Pancras are a match made in pancake heaven. We are thrilled to house their first railway station restaurant and believe their all-day dining concept will add a delicious option for those travelling through the station at any time. The Breakfast Club is the perfect addition to the diverse collection of brands we have curated for our visitors.”
