Delivering first class Track Service solutions
Our track services division provides both track and safety critical rail workers with Sentinel competencies from PTS through to Engineering Supervisor. We focus on building strong strategic relationships with our clients and provide them with reliable, highly experienced, knowledgeable local core gangs.
All of our workers are paid through PAYE and over 95% of them are primary sponsored by ourselves. We provide high quality PPE, tools and equipment and invest significantly in the multi-skilling of our workforce. Furthermore, our own training school in Manchester allows us to establish career development plans where our safety critical staff can undertake training across a wide range of disciplines.
National Coverage
We have regional rail depots in Glasgow, Carlisle, Manchester, Derby, Stafford and Caerphilly supported by over 120 group offices nationwide which allows us to run effective recruitment campaigns and deploy our workers from a wide range of locations times thus reducing the need for travel time.
Our resourcing teams are focused on providing a responsible, flexible high quality service whilst maintaining excellent levels of safety. With experience from the ground up, they have a real understanding of the delivery and performance issues facing the main contractors (and their clients) and are able to work closely with the client to help them meet their business and performance objectives.
