The HaslerRail TELOC® data recording system is built on a modular architecture offering a high degree of customization for individual vehicles and projects. The wide range of modules available includes functions up to SIL-4 via the SABOB card (Safety Board).

The safety functions are suitable for all railway applications such as main-line locos, high speed trains, suburban units, metro cars and mountain railways.

We offer the following approved safety functions: roll protection, driver safety devices, speed threshold, zero-speed threshold, passenger brake bypass, emergency brake supervision, and safe speed transmission.

The safety functions are available on HaslerRail’s active TELOC® data recording systems.

  • Failsafe state design architecture
  • Voltage supply for speed sensors: U_ = 12 V
  • Current supply for speed sensors: 0 mA .. 100 mA
  • Digital inputs number: 10
  • Digital outputs number: 3
  • Frequency inputs: 2 groups of 2 inputs
  • Supported sensor types: voltage, current, open drain
  • Operating ambient temperature range: -25°C .. +70°C, EN 50155: class T3
