HaslerRail has been supplying speed indicators and data recording systems to the rail industry since 1887. Today, tens of thousands of our devices and systems are in service around the globe. Our speed sensors and event recording systems can be combined to deliver speed evaluation functions.

HaslerRail’s odometry, or speed evaluation, solutions are built on our complete range of speed sensing devices and our event recording system. A variety of sensors can be connected to the recording system, which then evaluates speed. Users can configure how signals from different speed sensors are evaluated against each other. An optional feature allows speed evaluation and speed transmission as a safety function up to SIL 2.
