Metal Cable Seals

Metal Cable Seals are classed as a barrier seal is a variable length cable security seal, providing a high level of security through its unique locking mechanism and cable design. This security seal is 300mm x 3.5mm (LxD), and has successfully passed the stringent ISO PAS 17712:2013 “H” certified test.

Our range of heavy-duty metal cable seals offer tamper proofing and security for cargo movements, aircraft door security and our Snap and Secure seal is ideal for securing palletised goods and baggage before loading into the aircraft. Made from Galvanised, non-preformed steel cable that unravels when cut and removable only with a cutting tool.

Available with 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm or 5mm cables, Cable Seals are the ideal barrier seal for transportation security applications. Suitable for applications including shipping containers, rail trucks, plastic distribution boxes and petrochemical valves. Cable Seals are available in black, blue and red.

This seal is fully compliant with the highest standards of high-security seals ISO17712:2013 and is classified as a HMRC Group 1 Barrier Seal. This means that this seal has been tested and is able to withstand over 1,000kg of force, as required by HMRC.

The seal is simple to apply, just pull the cable through and tighten to minimise the loop for an extremely strong and secure tamper proof seal.
