A-Plant Rail hire a wide range of equipment to major rail infrastructure contractors. Their range includes compactors, jacks, OLE equipment, chain saws, rail generators, track trolleys, TSR equipment, sleeper beams, stressing equipment, trackside lighting, remote control triple wackers, Vortok safety barriers, battery rail drills and wrenches, and much more.

Their range of equipment is used by Network Rail and the rail sector for bridge replacement work, earthworks and drainage, track renewals and maintenance, signalling and telecommunications, vegetation management and tunnel related work.

A-Plant Rail have achieved a prestigious 5-star RISQS accreditation for the supply of equipment and trackside deliveries are undertaken by Personal Track Safety (PTS) trained staff. In addition, they offer a 7-day, 24-hour call-out facility and with safety being of paramount importance, they have implemented their own rail-specific quality management system. Where applicable, A-Plant Rail ensure the equipment they provide is LUL (London Underground Ltd) approved and adheres to the relevant railway standards.

A-Plant Rail were also nominated in the Best Small Plant Supplier and Continuous Improvement categories at the 2019 Network Rail Plant Awards.
